Our hamburgers are made with chicken, free-range chicken, turkey, poultry, pork or beef, offering a variety of flavours and nutritional profiles for different applications in catering, retail and the HoReCa sector.
They should be kept refrigerated between 0°C and 4°C and used within the indicated use-by date. For long-term storage, they can be frozen, ensuring that flavour and quality are preserved.
They should be defrosted in the fridge (0°C to 4°C). Avoid defrosting at room temperature and cook them immediately after defrosting, ensuring the recommended internal temperature is reached.
